About the standard
ISO 37000 is the first international benchmark for good governance, applicable to organizations of any type or size. As a guidance standard, it defines governance conditions and principles and recommends key aspects of governance practice, supporting organizations in making responsible decisions, building stakeholder trust, and achieving long-term success by aligning their governance with global best practice.
