About the standard
ISO/IEC 17025 is the international standard for testing and calibration laboratories, developed jointly by ISO and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). It sets out two categories of requirements: Management Requirements, covering the performance and efficiency of the laboratory's quality management system, and Technical Requirements, covering staff competence, testing methodology, equipment, and the validity of test and calibration results.

- Foundation — For those who want to learn the basics of a laboratory management system and its processes under ISO/IEC 17025.
- Lead Implementer — For those responsible for implementing and managing a laboratory management system in their organization.
- Lead Assessor — For those responsible for assessing and monitoring a laboratory management system to support compliance and accreditation.

Laboratory managers, technical staff, quality officers, and assessors working in testing or calibration laboratories should attend, as well as consultants supporting labs through accreditation.
